Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for customers who need their gear quickly
- Includes package tracking
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Economical option for larger orders
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
- 15-Day Window: Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Free Exchanges: We cover return shipping for size exchanges
- Original Condition: Items must be unworn with tags attached
- Fast Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Ear Plugs (opened packaging)
- Fins & Goggles (used items)
- Custom or Special Order Items

Step 2: Package Your Items
For hygiene reasons:
- All swimwear must be returned in original packaging with hygiene liners intact
- Training equipment should include all original components
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- For exchanges: We’ll provide a prepaid return label
- For refunds: You may use your preferred carrier

Refund Information
Once we receive your return:

Exchange Policy
We happily exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). For competitive swimmers needing a different cut (e.g., changing from brief to drag suits), we’ll waive return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective item (e.g., torn seams on competition suits or malfunctioning kickboards), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement.
