A: Each product page includes detailed size charts. For competition suits, we recommend checking the brand’s specific sizing as they often run smaller than regular swimwear. When in doubt, our customer service team (many of whom are former competitive swimmers) can help!
Q: Do you sell swim gear for competitive swimmers?
A: Absolutely! We carry professional-grade equipment including drag suits, performance fins, competition goggles, and technical training gear used by competitive swimmers worldwide.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders process within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 10-15 business days after shipment ($12.95). Free shipping (orders over $50) via EMS takes 15-25 business days. For meets, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance with free shipping.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship globally except some parts of Asia and remote locations. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your address.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking email once your swim gear ships. Track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges

A: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused with original tags attached. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Note: For hygiene reasons, ear plugs and personal items can’t be returned unless unopened in original packaging.
